 So here is my next make-up post, again so sorry it took so long to get up but i have been really lazy and busy...hehe. My fitness life

 So this is for my cousin Jenny and her 100 letters project. It's a little crazy but totally me. Kinda random and hopeful fun for all of you.

Post Color Run

Pictures!!!

So, we ran as a group, it was my boyfriend, his two sisters, his mom and a close family friend of there's. We had a great time coloring each other with the pack of color they give you. At the end they do a whole "color party" were everyone throws their color around. The cloud was so crazy it got dark and you couldn't see a thing, it was amazing!!!

Pre-Color Run

So here is the day of the Color run. As i said in my video i did hit a snag and did not run my last three days because on Monday (day 36) i was at work and mid-shift my left foot began to hurt right were the arch meet the heal. I did the best i could to stay off it and rest it. As for today i had no issues and a complete blast i will be posting pictures and one more video. Thanks to all who read this and wished me well.
Oh and the guy behind me is my boyfriends dad doing what he does best being weird.

My 5k Chalange day 29-36

So as i ran my 2.5 miles i was thinking "i don't think i have ever run more than one mile ever in my life". I still cant believe i ran 2.5 miles. I am very proud of myself still for keeping up; i get up and go out and run. The final project...or run will be very exciting. I have  bought an all white outfit so that i will be extra colorful at the end. I have read all the rules and how to preserve my clothing. I only have three more days of running before the actual run. I will take lots of pictures so everyone can see how colorful i get. Other than all that there is not much else to say; i did however skip my Friday April 13th (day 34) and ran the next day instead. Well, i guess there is not too much to say about running other than i am keeping up and it has gotten easier. So all is well. Wish me luck, less thank one week to go.

My 5k Challenge day 16-28

Well, since March 26th (day 19) i have been running on a schedule that my boyfriend made me. It has been a challenge keeping up with what i am supposed to be running but i have managed. I ran my first mile on day 23 and was surprised to find that i ran it in about 9 minutes. The day before i ran half a mile in 6 minutes and figured it would take me 12 minutes but somehow i ran faster than i thought i did... I managed to repeat that and ran my second mile on day 27 in about the same amount of time. Some of the time my runs seem to get easier and other times it seems they are so hard and i am starting all over again. I am a little uneasy about Sunday April 15th because that is my 2.5 mile day and i am not sure how well that will go lets hope i can do well with my 1.5 mile run this Sunday. Wish me luck because my family seems to think it is quite funny that i am running especially my brother...
