So i just got back from my first "run". I say "run" because i only ran about half the time. I am doing ok, definitely out of shape but i made it. Now to keep this up... that is not going to go over well at all mostly because on the days i work im going to have to run in the morning, gerrrr. I just have to keep it up and hopefully by the time April 22 roles around i can run 5k, about 3 miles, with minimal stopping or no stopping at all. Wish me luck for tomorrow because that one will be another big challenge got to get up and run...oy.
